Schema Coded on my site – cannot figure out how to remove

There is currently schema coded on my site for both Organization and Website that I cannot seem to find within my WP Admin account to remove. It looks like it is being dynamically created somehow and I would like to remove it: http://projectcourageworks.com/

Schema json is usually added to sites via a plugin like Yoast SEO.
Try disabling plugins – particularly SEO plugins, then check if the markup is still present on the site.
If it’s still there when all plugins are disabled, please try posting your questions over in the WordPress.org support forums at:
