If you want a wiki or discussion board where anyone can post and people can respond to each other, then know that a blog is not a wiki or a discussion forum so be clear about that. A blog is web site for a specific person or a specific group to post articles and visitors can comment on them.

One approach is to register a forum on the internet and then create a custom menu in your blog and include a custom link to the forum in it.
