Scoop.it has copied my blog without my permission

  I noticed a spam comment whereas the blog site scoop.it took one of my postings and is using it in their blog. Of course, it references my blog web address.

  Can someone take my content and post it on theirs without my permission?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’m a scoopit member and that site is not for copying your posts in full. We only post snippets of posts we are sharing with others. Those whose posts we choose feature get backlinks. This is one of my pages there >
