Scope of support for Business Plan

    Hello Team,

    I want to understand the scope of wordpress support if we go ahead with business plan.

    We are to create Intranet for 3000+ users. We want to check, upto what extend the support will be able to help us out.

    Our major objective is as follows:
    1.) Managing logins for only the users of the domain.
    2.) Having strict file sharing restrictions.
    3.) 3rd party integration of tools, for HR dept. for example, to get the org structure for the user.
    4.) User specific home page, training page, etc.
