  You could buy one elsewhere and map it to a WordPress.com site with a paid plan. I doubt you could transfer one or register one here (as it is not on the list below) but I’ve tagged this thread for staff confirmation.

  Correct, we can only register or receive a transfer of the TLDs listed at https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-pricing-and-available-tlds/
