Scratchpad problem

Please I would like to know why “leave a comment” option is not in the front of the page, initial page. you only can leave a comment if you clic on the post. I really love this theme, but I need people can leave their comment as easy as may be possible. Tell me how can I resolve this?

You can’t leave a comment on a blog’s home page, only on individual posts. This is true for all themes here at WordPress.com and isn’t specific to Scatchpad.
To encourage visitors to visit your posts from the home page, I recommend inserting a “more tag” below an excerpt of text in each of your posts. A link to “read more” will then appear below that text on your home page and will make it easier for visitors to click through to the individual posts, where they’ll be able to comment.
