  i really like this theme as it suits the contents of my blog perfectly but I need the right side widgets, all of them to be duly aligned instead of a few sticking out.
  How they can be re-aligned?

  I see this is the theme design to show every third sidebar widget little out.

  You can override this using the custom CSS on your WordPress.com site, but Custom CSS is a feature of the WordPress.com Premium, Business, and eCommerce plans.
