Screen freeze

  Sometimes when I’m using the scroll bar to get to the bottom of my blog the screen freezes, sometimes then windows 7 or IE9 tells me the website stopped working and tries to recover it. Usually a few minutes pass and it’s fine, is there something I can do to avoid this?
