Screen Option and Admin Bar not visible although checked support recommendation.

  Although I checked your “screen options” support page I am still unable to locate the screen options drop down on my dashboard. My admin bar isn’t even showing up. I am trying to locate previous revisions since I lost internet connection for 15 seconds and lost a couple of hours worth of content.

  Hi, sorry for the trouble. Are you still running in to trouble with this?

  If so, could you let me know which post you’re trying to restore earlier revisions from? Also, could you snap a screenshot of what your browser shows?

  That would help me narrow down why the admin bar and the screen options drop down aren’t appearing. Thanks!
