Screen options expansion – from a plug-in or something in WordPress?

I’ve got 2 domains, but one has the featured image showing in the posts page (all the posts), but the other doesn’t. I’m not sure if it’s something from a plug-in, or part of how WordPress is set up. Please help me!

These are images of what I’m asking about. They show both of the Posts column, with (and without) the image, and the Screen options of each.

This would depend on your theme, rather than plugins.
