  I want to post script dialogue that is properly formatted like a screenplay with the correct spacing and indentation. For example, the speaker’s name is indented to the left, and the dialogue is indented to the right. When I use the indent button in the visual editor it indents the whole line — both name and text. If I use tags it results in double-spacing. I’m looking for single-spaced, single-lined, indented script. How do I achieve this?

  Hitting the Enter (Return) key will end the paragraph you are writing and start a new one. If you want to start a new line without creating a new paragraph, press the Shift key while hitting Enter.

  Additionally, it is also possible to adjust line spacing through Custom CSS if necessary, but take note, to use that feature, it’s required to have a WordPress.com Premium or Business Plan.
