Scribd?

  This support page:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/scribd/
  says Scribd accounts are free and may be used to store PDF files. Happiness Engineers have referenced Scribd in recent posts.

  But … when I go to Scribd.com now, I find a site where accounts are not free, and which is not for social media file sharing anyway. So it looks like the old scribd is no more.

  Is this correct? Scribd is no longer an option for WP.com users?

  OK, you’re right, the free document sharing is still there. They have their website set up to encourage paid subscriptions.

  I’m not sure I want to use it if they’re changing business models, but that’s a different question. Thanks for your help!
