Scroll Bar on Right Side of Post Edit Screen

On my post edit screen the scroll bar that runs down the right side of edit screen is gone. It simply did not appear today. When I went to add a line and update a post, the bar just was not there. HELP Please.

I don’t know what part of this you missed but it it I who has been tagging those threads with modlook and editor issues for Staff attention, and now kokkieh and galois are doing so as well. -
