Scroll Bars on Dashboard

Thoughts? Opinions? I know once everyone notices there will be a lot of threads, so I thought I’d get in there and start the first one.
I hate them, btw. What is the actual point? You get to scroll five times now, instead of just once.

I don’t know but I don’t like them. I don’t see the point. I hate scrolling unnecessarily. I hope theres a whole bunch of complaints that they change their minds about the scroll bars.

Scrollbars? Where? I’m more for being able to set the editor window size when in HTML mode. Why is that only possible in visual mode?

If the original April upgrade to the 2.5 Dashboard landing page was to simplify and bring it all together on one page, having to scroll through iframes on that page is a major step backwards both in usability and design. (ie. it’s butt ugly and my index finger already hurts.)
Please, please remove the scrollbars on the landing page.

Agreed here too. Having to manipulate 3 scrollbars (including the browser) when you get to the bottom of the page is sure to give the lot of us some kind of repetitive strain injury. We are not all ambidextrous and most are not squids. I am hoping this is some kind of transition stage to something else. But what? Can’t imagine.

I AM a squid and I still find it annoying. One page = clean and informative. Essentially we’ve got five pages, torn into pieces and overlapping.

It’s been since this morning and it took me some time to realise what was so annoying!. It is. I need only a browser scrollbar, take away those inside, please. Otherwise it’s like operating a plane with numerous controls that’s all gone mad.
-
Yes – scrollbars in windows must die, and go to the planet of useless ideas. Along with minidisks and Word.

That is beyond annoying, especially in the stats section; having the top posts and everything next to the graph where you could see everything at a glance was much better than having them below, especially since there’ s now a large empty space next to the graph.
Also, I use the scroll button on my mouse, and so scrolling is random depending on where the cursor is; sometimes the page, sometimes a frame.
