Scroll/Jump to page content when clicked on menu

    Hello
    I would like my subpages to scroll to their content whenever their link is clicked in the menu. Right now it just shows the header image, which is the same one on every page.
    How can I do this? I’ve installed a plugin (Page scroll to id), but it scrolls too far down, so that also looks bad.
    Also the header is shorter in every page except the homepage, why is that and how can I fix it?
