scrollbar disappears after viewing photo gallery

The page scrollbar on the right of my internet browser disappears after you view the gallery. So, (try please to understand the problem) go to my blog bertholdbouman.wordpress.com, click on one of the tiles of the photo gallery of the first article, the photo viewer (the one that is projected over the actual page, with the black background, and the < > to browse through the gallery) is opened, but when you close it again with the X on the left top, the page scrollbar of the internet browser then disappears.
Happens with all current browsers, IE8 and 9, Chrome (Version 24.0.1312.52 = latest one) and Firefox 17.01 and 18.0, the latter is also the latest available version. And happens with XP, Vista and Win 7, but the OS is imo not the problem.
Do you have the same problem?

And added: The mouse wheel function is lost as well after that, the only way out is to refresh the page with F5.

This is a software problem which involves ALL wordpress accounts so some help from WordPress would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
