Scrollbars not resizing on browser window resize?

  I have horizontal sliding galleries for all my portfolio pages. No issues other than when I resize the browser window. The horizontal scrollbar does not reset. It scrolls infinitely. I think it is an overflow issue? I am not a programmer but i do know the basics regarding adding custom CSS. Any thoughts. Thank you
