Scrollider Express. can't upload the image header

  Scrollider Express. can’t upload the image header. It always turns out just black. I was advised the I couldn’t just upload to a static home page so I followed the new instructions with no luck? I really need to get past this stage of development and start the other pages etc. I need help with this. I have tried different images of Jpeg with the recommended size 2560 X 355 Pixels 367 KB (376,572 bytes) Still just black. I need detailed step by step instructions to load this header image to the home static page. Please!
