Scrolling in pages while using infusionsoft forms

  Have inserted a infusion soft form JavaScript snippet into a WordPress page inside a comment box. When scrolling the page down to the box all works fine, however when the cursor is placed inside the box on the form then the scrolling facility is disabled. Is there any way to enable the page to still scroll when the cursor is inside the comment box ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The site that is using the box is http://fitpro.theffg.co.uk/contact/ and the forms are the contact us form and sign up for our newsletter
