Scrolling news ticker

  Hi,

  Is there a way to create a news ticket like the ones on BBC/Sky News on wordpress.com or can it only be done with .org?

  I know my MH Magazine theme has a ‘ticker’ but it doesn’t scroll and won’t let you remove the dates.
