Seamless scroll down feel for about us page and subsequent related pages

Our about us tab I have subsequent tabs such as our team, beliefs, & mission and partnerships. I would like for guests of our website to be able to click a drop down tab and the specific info appear on page so they can remain on our about page more seamlessly. Right now, they click a link and it takes them away from the about us page to a specific page such as clicking the link for our team then takes you off of the about us page and redirects you to the our team page. How do I fix this?
