Search and Filter Plug-in

    Hello,

    I’m trying to decide between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. There is one plug-in (Search and Filter Plug-in) that I need for my site but when I am testing on the wordpress.com I don’t see that option. I believe it is available through download in wordpress.org. Am I correct in thinking I have to use the .org to get this functionality and some other plug-in’s I don’t see listed on the .com?

    Hi there,

    Yes, you are correct. To use plugins you would need to use WordPress.org.

    WordPress.com runs a simplified experience so all you do is really just create content.
