Search and other widgets not working
-
Selecting the search widget, archives, and categories will not allow access to those records, instead launch Feedly. The Feedly mini-toolbar feature does appear at the bottom right of my blog, and I have not been able to determine how to get rid of it. I have cleared my cache and removed cookies but that hasn’t helped. Any thoughts? (I’m using Nucleare theme.)
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Looking at your site you have a social media Text widget at the very top of your sidebar with the Feedly badge. When what you describe happens, it usually means there’s an unclosed A tag there which then affects all the following widgets. Every A tag must be closed with /A
Let me know how that goes.

I’m not seeing anything from Feedly other than the Follow badge. Is it possible you are referring to the WordPress.com Action bar? https://en.blog.wordpress.com/2015/08/26/new-action-bar/
Again, in the meantime it seems you’ve switched themes to Hemingway Rewritten.

Jennifer, I began to think that when I selected Nucleare theme that was when my problem started. Switching away from it to another theme seems to have solved the problem. Thanks for weighing in, however. And sorry to take your time and then pulling a switch on you. :)

@sherreya-I just checked again. The problem with the unclosed A tag in your social media widget still exists. It doesn’t matter that you’ve changed themes.

Fixed! Thanks for rechecking. I thought I had checked but in the late night hours, maybe not. Appreciate your help. Seems to be working great now. I like the new theme better anyway. Guess you’d call it a bonus.
