Search bar default text

  Hey, I’m using a WordPress.com search box on my blog @ http://www.parad0xum.wordpress.com.
  However, when I select the box the text of ‘zoeken in archief’ what means ‘search in archives’ in Dutch, the text becomes active and I have to delete it all first before I can search a thing. Is this default text editable or removable?
  If so, how?
