search bar on portafolio page

    hey,i have a problem that i cannot solve. on the page portfolio i added a few entries, but i would like that on the left side of page people can search for the project they want to see like an index. if we cannot do that, maybe just a drop down menu will do just fine. please help!!!

    Hi –

    To add the portfolio items to the drop-down menu:

    1. Add the items to the portfolio: https://en.support.wordpress.com/portfolios/
    2. Go to My Sites->Customize->Menus
    Select the menu and click Add Items. On the right bar, you will see Projects. These are the projects that you have added to your Portfolio. Add these projects to your menu.

    You can now place them under the “Portfolio” menu item using drag and drop and indent them to the right so that they appear in the submenu.

    If you have assigned Project Types to your portfolio items, then you can also choose to add project type(instead of individual projects) under the “Portfolio” page when adding items to the menu. This will show all your projects that are assigned to that project type.
