Search Box Cover Page Tabs at Top of Theme?
-
I’m not sure if this is the right place to post this, but here goes. I have mistylook theme and the default search box covers probably the most critical page tab at the top of the page. I don’t know how to fix this – preferably by moving or removing the search box. I could use a search widget in the side bar instead.

I’m going to guess (since you left no link for your blog) that you have a lot of pages, or the names of the pages are kind of long. Because there is space for a good number of pages, before it bumps into the search box. That box is ‘fixed’ on that theme. You might want to re-word the name of your pages, to make it fit better?

The link is http://newhopeoutreach.wordpress.com/
It automatically starts a second row of page tabs once it has filled the top. But the search box covers the last tab on the right. I have too many page tabs to consolidate to fit in less than one row. There should be a way to leave a blank space where the search box is, unless this is just a glitch in this theme. I can change themes if there’s no way to fix it.

It is just a glitch in the theme. Unfortunately, it’s one for which we don’t have a workaround at the moment.
