search box for theme
-
I am trying to change my theme. I click on Appearance/themes and can view the menu as below but do not see the search box to search for a particular theme. Where is the search box?????

I wouldn’t be surprised if they’ve eliminated it. If you know the title, try setting the themes to display alphabetically. That’ll let you scroll to it faster.

Thank you for your comment.
I realized the search feature is not available under my admin dashboard when I click on Appearance > Theme.
I can view the search icon and also select filters in the general site:
https://wordpress.com/themes/Unfortuately, the “customizr” theme does not come up for in the search under any of the categories. I am now trying to figure out if it is possible to upload the customizr theme zip file somehow without having to go through Appearance > Themes.

It is not possible to upload external themes. You can ONLY use the themes on your dashboard themes page.

@ dominicansintransit,
If you have a WordPress.com website, the Themes search box is at the top of the Manage Themes page, which you should still be able to reach via the drop-down Appearance menu. I’ve just used it on a couple of different Websites with different themes.
