  Hi, as I see you want to work on your theme?
  If so you have to be at least in a Premium Plan to do that.

  Hi there @yogisajjankumar just to clarify, upgrading to the Premium plan will give you the ability to edit your theme’s CSS, but you will not have access to your theme’s underlying HTML or PHP regardless of any plan but the Business or eCommerce plan.

  If you want to create or edit the content in your pages’ or posts’ HTML, you can do so by switching to the Code Editor within the Block Editor. More information on that here: https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/#more-options
