i need help for my blog:
http://www.realartworkphotography.com/when i try to search my blog on a search engine, like google or yahoo, it doesnt come out, it only show our fan page on facebook.
how to make it work ,and appear on search engine when people try to search for our blog?

If you write great content and use relevant categories and tags on your posts, search engines should find your blog eventually. There is no guarantee though. Here are a few things you can do:
- Make sure your blog is set as “visible to everyone” in Settings > Privacy
- Write great content that people want to read and link to
- Use relevant tags and categories for posts
- Check out the advice about Getting More Views and Traffic in the support pages

I have a related question. My blog (http://dogdragonhare.wordpress.com) is not visible on Google even though I set my privacy settings a week ago to allow search engine visibility. I suspect that this might have something to do with the fact that I purchased the domain name (www.dogdragonhare.com) on Bluehost over the summer and attempted to migrate my WordPress blog over there. When the migration did not work out, I decided to give up on setting up my Bluehost website temporarily and concentrate on making the blog work on WordPress. As such, I’ve deleted all posts on my Bluehost website and made it inaccessible without a login and password. However, when I do a Google search for my WordPress blog (http://dogdragonhare.wordpress.com), I see nothing. Instead, I do see results from my Bluehost website (www.dogdragonhare.com), even though the domain name is password protected and the results that pop up on Google are pages that I’ve deleted.
So could someone advise me on how to make my WordPress blog visible on Google? Do I have to delete my entire blog from Bluehost? Do I have to give up my domain name?

if you do a site:http://dogdragonhare.wordpress.com search, it may be that it is indexed under http://www.dogdragonhare.wordpress.com or vice-verca, or that nobody links to you :(

@dogdragonhare, it can take up to 6 weeks for a blog to be indexed after it is created, or changed from private to public although here at wordpress.COM it typically happens more quickly than that.
Each time you publish a post, wordpress will ping all major search engines and services through pingomatic, so they will find you.
If you wish to speed up the process, you can get a google webmaster account and then verify your blog as explained here: http://support.wordpress.com/verifying-with-google-webmaster-tools/ .

Thanks for the replies. I’ve verified my blog on Google as suggested. Just to clarify, do you guys think that my not being visible on Google has anything to do with the fact that I tried to create another blog just like the one that I have on WordPress on a similiar but different URL, i.e., my WordPress blog is http://dogdragonhare.wordpress.com/ but I tried to create another blog just like it at http://www.dogdragonhare.com/. I have just deleted the latter blog. So do I now sit around and wait for Google to crawl my WordPress blog or is there something else I should do to fix the visibility issue?
