  i want to create a database with lotto results with respective dreams and are able to retrieve results of respective input dreams from the database.When the results are shown they have to be in a stylish format.

  Then you need to hire a web host and set up your own wordpress.ORG software install because you cannot do that on a wordpress.COM hosted site. We do not have database access here.
