Search engine terms

  I had thought that search engine terms were correctly set up. However that can not be correct since none are recorded. The only search is directly to my blog rather than someone typing in a key word. What am I doing incorrectly?

  Google needs some time to update its index. WordPress.com has no control on how your site appears in the Google index and in which position.
