The last photo I posted on my blog is being found when I search google. None of my other photo’s come up. Why this one? How can I stop it?

The only way to stop Google from indexing images on your blog is to make the blog visibility private. See option 3 here to change your blog visibility setting to private > http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/
