  when i enter my domain, starvalleyladiesgolf.wordpress.com, my browser says it can’t find the page.

  Your site is up and running but all links you placed in the buttons are wrong; they all refer to internal links only available to the logged-in owner of the site. E.g. the button Champions refers to https://wordpress.com/page/starvalleyladiesgolf.wordpress.com/185 instead of to the public links https://starvalleyladiesgolf.wordpress.com/champions/
