Search for tags?

  How can i add to the search result the tag?
  Like this:

  I’m searching for “MARIO” and it search for the title and for the content. Is possible to add to the search results the tags? Like this example it give me also all the results that have “mario” for tag.

  I’m talking about the built-in WP search.. if it can search for tags :)
