  I installed this widget, but it still doesn’t work. It says: “Sorry, but nothing matched your search criteria. Please try again with some different keywords.” although I know the word is in the pages. Please note that the website is password protected.

  Hello there,

  If the site is password protected then no user will be able to search the site.

  What are the search terms being used here?

  The website is password protected. But once the user puts in the password, why can’t they search?

  Searching just words to find the page easily.

  Hello there,

  I think there’s some confusion happening here…

  The website is password protected.

  The site is public, it’s only the pages that are password protected.

  But once the user puts in the password, why can’t they search?

  Even though they’re password protected pages, they should appear in search results, the content just won’t be visible.

  What are the words being searched for in the search of the site and what is happening when a user types in a password?

  If there’s particular page that’s causing issues, please let us know so that we can take a look.
