Search is case sensitive for Russian language

Search is very important thing. But for Russian blog it is not working properly. For example
http://sunsic.wordpress.com/?s=%D0%9A%D0%B0%D0%BC%D1%8B%D1%88&submit=%D0%9F%D0%BE%D0%B8%D1%81%D0%BA
and
http://sunsic.wordpress.com/?s=%D0%BA%D0%B0%D0%BC%D1%8B%D1%88&submit=%D0%9F%D0%BE%D0%B8%D1%81%D0%BA
will give you different results.
I thing this is because collation settings in DB. So very hard to fix.
But for now search is completely useless :(The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Howdy, could you please provide a few more details about what results you get for “камыш” and “Камыш”? I did the search and the results were the same, the post from January 5th came up. Are you getting something different?
