Search is searching the wrong directory – 404 Not Found

  My search feature was working perfect. I then changed the URL of my site and had the wordpress files in their own directory. Now, for whatever reason, when I search, it still tries searching the OLD directory and comes up with a 404 error.

  I have no idea why it won’t work and it’s driving me crazy. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
