Search not finding particular products

  I have discovered that when the customer searches for a particular product on our site it does not show up in the list of found products. The search term is “Samuel” which is in both the title and the description of the product. However, when I search in Dashboard, All Products, the product does show up. Any idea what is going on? Obviously, we don’t want customers not to find products when they search for them.
