Search Results Link Problem

  Hey guys ,

  Here is my website

  I have installed wordpress theme and gameup theme . Now the problem is when you write suppose ” Microsoft Sidewinder x4 ” in top right search bar , you get search results . The link to search result is

  http://techtipsnreview.com/?s=microsoft+sidewinder+x4&x=48&y=4

  Now i want to link the post title to the post url , so some one click the search result and he is directed to the post .

  I really need help :S
