Search Results not correct

Search not showing any results for any word or term which is entered for search even though that word is in the page / post in which search is being conducted . How can this be corrected ?

There is no way to force your site to show up for any particular search term, and the search term appearing in a post or page in no way guarantees that your page will appear for that term.
Search engines like Google uses complex algorithms to rank website content based on relevance to specific search terms people use, and those algorithms don’t just look at whether the word exists on your site, but at the specific context in which the word is used on that specific page, at the overall content of your entire site, at what other searches visitors to your site have made, and at what other searches the person currently typing that word into Google have made and what sites they’ve recently visited, to name just a few factors.
If your site doesn’t appear in search results for a specific word, it is because Google doesn’t think your site is relevant to that specific search term. That’s not something we have any control over, as we don’t control the content on your site, and we don’t control how Google indexes and ranks that content.
