Search results not right when I have photos at the top of a page

    When searching for my page though the tab bar on WordPress, the results return the pages but in the content show the formatting behind it. It apppears to affect pages where I have a photo attached in the page which is locate at the top. Does anyone know how I can stop this text being visible and that the content of my post is the only thing that can be seen. (Below is an example of a search result)
