Search results of blog posts only appear with blog name

  Hi, ever since I switched from craftymemories.wordpress.com to chroniclesofyoyo.com on WordPress.com, I realised my blog posts aren’t appearing on Google unless I enter “Yoyo” as one of the keywords.

  For instance, if I were to search “Vipho frankfurt” in google, my posts will not appear EVEN if i search under “Blogs” on google. But if I search “Vipho Frankfurt Yoyo” it appears. This only happens to posts I published AFTER switching to chroniclesofyoyo.com.

  Posts that have been published under craftymemories.wordpress.com do not have this problem. Usually a keyword from the title of the post would provide a good google search result. I am wondering if this is something that can be sorted out by myself or is it not within my control?

  Howdy,

  The short answer is it isn’t within our (your or my) control. Google will take a little time to “catch up” to see that links for craftmemories.wordpress.com are going to chroniclesofyoyo.com and update their search results accordingly.
