Search results only from a given directory, is it possible with wordpress???

  I’d like to have a sport blog with some categories in it where I can post my articles.

  Example:

  In category 1 latest soccer results for Premier League
  In category 2 videos of goals for Premier League

  I’d like to create links for terms such “Manchester United”, “Manchester City”, “Arsenal”, “Chelsea”, “Liverpool” and be able to show posts for these words as titles only in category 1 or only in category 2.

  I’m using a plug-in (search unleashed) on other sites and it’s able to show posts for terms only if these are available in the title of the article.

  I don’t need a code to generate a search form but the link itself.

  wich would show results from category 1 and 2 altogether I wonder if there is a code as
  http://www.mygenericwordpressblog.com?s=Arsenal&cat=1 (where 1 is the id of the category) where I can find all the articles about Arsenal only in that specific category.

  The point seems easy but unfortunately I’ve not found a clear response…
