  • Hi there,

I do not see any sites under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

Is it possible you created your site under a different login instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

    Thanks for confirming.

If you’re trying to set up a localhost install of WordPress and you’re running into some trouble, I’m sorry to say that WordPress.com isn’t the right platform for you. WordPress.com is a hosted platform that provides an all-in-one solution for building and managing websites, but it doesn’t support local installs of WordPress.

However, don’t worry – there’s still plenty of help available! The WordPress.org forums are a great resource for troubleshooting and getting support from the WordPress community. You’ll find a wealth of knowledge and expertise there, so don’t hesitate to ask for help! https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

    I hope that helps!
