Searching Files with Filters

  I am working on a wordpress site, and I need a lot of help on how to enable my visitors search my files. I have almost 100 articles and I’d like to be able to implement a widget/plugin to allow my visitors to sort through the articles by author and title. Can someone please help guide me to what I should do to go about this?

  Sorry, but you can not add plugins to a WordPress.com website. You might consider trying a WordPress.org site. See the WordPress.com and WordPress.org support page, a brief comparative guide to the two WordPress “flavors.”
