Searching for a wordpress plugin but can't find it :(

  I am looking for a wordpress plugin that acomplishes something like iphoto does with thumbnails:
  thumnail scrubbing?
  as seen here:

  We can’t install plugins here on WordPress.com. Plugins can be installed only on WordPress.org sites.

  I have wordpress on a self hosted site and I am looking for a plugin like this, with this functionality! I am not sure what you mean? I can install any plugin I want to on my own site. I was just asking here to see if anyone knew of a plugin with this functionality or could easily make one.
