Searching Tags

  Why does it seem that I can not search tags anymore. I can click the link that says popular tags, but I can’t search for the ones I want. Has something changed?

  Click the “W” on the left side of your administrator bar
  then click the “Topics” tab.
  You should then see a page of Tags and categories, also a search box.

  presumably “Topics” = both tags and categories at wp.com now.

  Why did that change? It used to be that I could click on one of the tags on my post, and I’d be taken to a page of all the latest posts across WordPress for that tag. That was great– I could find the people who were writing about what I was writing about, with just one click. Now when I click on one of my tags, all I get are my own posts carrying that tag. Maybe that would help a reader who is interested in searching only my stuff, but I don’t have any reader like that. This new way of doing it is unwieldy and depressing.
