searching tags

  I am a beginner at wordpress, and I have searched wordpress plugins but have not found a solution. what I’m trying to do is find a simple way to search my website for posts based on assigned tags. for example, I want to pull up all posts that share tag1 AND tag2, instead of bringing up posts that include either tag1 or tag2. If anybody wants, i can post plugins that i think are close to what i’m looking for, but i could not find this specific feature. perhaps it’s very simple. thank you
