searchs leading to my site

  My blog stats today (3.16.08) had a search term / sentence that led to my site.
  It was:”we know god is real at wordpress” It happens I wrote a post who’s title was:”Is God even Real?”(2.25.08) This kind of startled me. Later that day I was following up on this matter and I find that that blog post “Is God even Real?” was listed as toxic on Google search. The referrer was an anonymous forwarding service and I noticed there were other wordpress site posts that were listed as toxic.
  Does any one out there have any experience with something like this? :)
