  I missed my renewal date and needed to update my card details. How do I renew my blog once it expired?

  Hi there,

  Your account does not own any upgrades on WordPress.com. The domain, Seastoriesblog.com, is owned by the username, jessielanerogers. If you log in as that username you should be able to renew and update your payment details from the Purchases page, but only if you’re logged in as jessielanerogers, not as jessierogers2

  Thanks so much. I have done that but it doesn’t seem to have my site there, my one was on seastoriesblog.com but when I log in as jessielanerogers it only shows me seastorieswordpress.wordpress.com which is not the same one. I don’t want to pay for the site and find that my old one is not functioning.
  Can you help me with that?

  seastoriesblog.com and seastoriesblog.wordpress.com are the same site. Every site on WordPress.com has a free address, and that address doesn’t go away when you buy a custom domain.

  jessielanerogers is the account that owns that domain, and the Premium Plan appearing on the Purchases page is the one you need to renew to renew your domain.
